The Importance of Self Love in Post-Healing: A Journey to Self Acceptance

As your journey unfolds, you will feel many changes. Some changes will feel unreal. The reason for this is that the healing is happening on a cellular level. The cells are being cleansed spiritually and energetically. With this in mind, you will have to do your part to maintain your spiritual hygiene by ridding yourself of habits that may be hindering your path.

Another thing I want to touch upon are the after-effects. Some people experience post-healing effects that mimic mood swings. These emotions are absolutely normal and part of the spiritual detoxification process. It is important that you are aware of this and understand that it is only temporary.

If you find yourself experiencing these symptoms, just be patient...it means your body is ridding itself of the negativity it's been harboring.

Some responses include: false negative emotions, sudden aches, headaches, crying spells, tiredness and other symptoms. No worries, all you have to do is give yourself an epsom salt (read contraindications for salt baths) bath for 10-15 minutes and pray. It will pass. These symptoms don't happen to everyone but I just wanted to share tips to be aware of. The rewards are much for you, once it passes.
